IEC 60335-2-21 Electric Water Heaters Pulse Pressure Withstand Testing Machine

This water heater liner pressure testing machine is designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60335-2-21 :2012 clause 22.47.
The machine is designed for water pressure impact resistance of water storage type electric water heater liner. It can work continuously for 24 hours. The machine adopts PLC control and touch screen display operation. The main accessories are imported and domestic high quality brands, the operation is stable and reliable.
Function Description:
Peel off the outer casing and other electrical components of the water heater to be tested, the water heater container assembly with the heating tube installed is performed leak detection at rated pressure, the container must be sealed at a rated pressure of 100±5%. Inject water in the container at ambient temperature (except the silicon copper container), and empty the air in the container, then alternate pressurizing the container with the pressure between 15% and (100±5)% of the rated pressure. Process pressurization for 80K times at the frequency of 20-40times/min. At the end of each pressurization of 10,000 times, the pressure is maintained at least at the maximum working pressure for 10 min. After the high and low pressure test, the liner should without visible significant deformation.
Technical Parameters:
a. Test station: 1 (satisfying the maximum 500L liner)
b. Water tank capacity: ≤500L (changes depending on tank capacity and number of stations)
c. Test water pressure: According to the standard, it should be set as two groups, that is, 0.15MPa when the pressure is released and 0.75MPa when the pressure is increased.
d. Maximum water pressure: ≤0.9Mpa
e. Test frequency: 20 to 40 times / minute (varies according to the size of the inner container)
f. Test time: Pump boost, the holding time can be set according to test standard requirements of 0.2-3S
g. Number of tests: 0~999999 times can be set (the number of required tests can be preset, and it will stop automatically after the preset test times are finished.)
h. Cycle time: 0~999999 times can be set.
(For every 10,000 tests, hold pressure for 10 min under 0.75 MPA pressure, the next test can be carried out only liner is without visible significant deformation)
i. Pressure holding time: pump boost, the holding time can be set according to test standard requirements of 0.2-3S
j. Sample placement: horizontal and horizontal, left and right structures for customer selection.
k. With power-down protection function, the counter stops counting after power-off, and the counter is automatically saved to memorize data.
l. Pointer type shockproof pressure gauge (used to display the current pressure and life test pressure, the pressure upper limit can be set), the ball valve is added in front of the pressure gauge, and the waterway can be closed in case of emergency to protect the pressure gauge.
m. The electrical part of the equipment has leakage protection function, and the electric control chamber is installed on the side of the machine, which is fully waterproof.
n. The equipment has the functions of sample leak detection and protection. When the sample leaks, the equipment will automatically stop after the detection probe is sensed, preventing causing uncertain accidents.
o. Sample connector: Standard configured with connector of M14×1.5, and different connectors can be provided according to the samples (client should offer us the connectors’s type/size and ect., cost is additional)
p. Water consumption: According to the sample volume + 50L, max.500L.
q. Power supply: three phase AC380V ± 10, 50HZ.
