Vertical Impact Test Platform For 3D-Printed Samples Impact Resistance
Product information:
This test platform is custom-designed and manufactured strictly according to customer requirements. It is specifically developed to verify the impact resistance of 3D-printed samples and serves as a specialized mechanical strength testing device. It is suitable for use in certification bodies and factory laboratories.
The system consists of an electromagnet release mechanism, impact element, frame, and control system. Controlled via PLC, the drop height is adjustable through a touchscreen and can be operated remotely. The system features electric lifting, automatic magnetic ball adsorption, and supports repeated drop tests.
Purpose, Principle & Structure:
This test machine is primarily used for impact resistance testing of metal 3D-printed samples.
Working Principle:
According to standard Ehc for vertical drop hammer tests, the impact element (a Φ180mm steel ball weighing 24 kg) freely falls from a defined height through a guiding tube, striking the sample vertically. The system converts gravitational potential energy into kinetic energy to achieve impact testing on the sample.
